Mark Cuban is an entrepreneur and the owner of the 2010 NBA Champion Dallas Mavericks, Landmark Theatres, Magnolia Pictures, and the chairman of the HDTV cable network HDNet. He is also a part-time "shark" (i.e.: wealthy entrepreneur who invests in and judges new ideas/inventions) on the television series Shark Tank (TV series).
