Bethany Butzer, Ph.D. is an author, speaker, researcher and yoga teacher who helps people create a life they love. At www.bethanybutzer.com she offers tools, techniques and resources that promote wellness on all levels: mind, body and spirit. She serves as a catalyst for positive change and a guide on your path toward living in authenticity.
Why?
In a nutshell, Bethany spent the first 26 years of her life in a perpetual state of anxiety, stress and sadness. She had a rocky childhood. She suffered from anxiety and depression in her early 20s. She took antidepressants for 6 years. She's been through her fair share of dysfunctional relationships. And she's done time in a soul-sucking cubicle. After hitting rock bottom several times, she realized that she needed to make a change.
With a lot of hard work, courage and determination, Bethany stopped living her life on other people’s terms. She eventually got off antidepressants. She quit her corporate job. She started making her health and well-being her #1 priority.
One step at a time, Bethany is creating her most authentic life. And she's made it her mission to help others do the same.
