Some of my closest friends are some of the most successful people I know. Their lives are not only financially abundant, but are also service driven. My friends have created careers they are extremely passionate about, and they are also happy. These are the women I feel grateful to call on in a moment of need or celebration.

You might already know them, and if you don’t, you should. They have transformed their own lives and hundreds of thousands of lives all over the world.

Now, it’s your turn.

Marie Forleo, Gabby Bernstein, and Kris Carr are just a few of the all-stars that make up my positive posse. Each has created a brand dedicated to helping others, whether it is through business, spirituality, or health. These women understand what it takes to be truly successful. This is exactly why I asked them to share what it is that they do in order to simplify success. Each had their own success simplified secret.

Here’s what they shared…

Marie Forleo has one non-negotiable that helps her feel successful, both personally and professionally. Marie, founder of B-School and named a thought leader for the next generation by Oprah, says that, in order to simplify success, you must simplify your to-do list. To do this, you must have clarity about what you really want in your business and life. (Not sure how to get clarity? Click here for an exercise I’ve created just for you.)

When you have clarity, it’s easier to remove things from your list that you keep saying you want to do, but you keep not doing. When you whittle your list down to three or four actual priorities, the odds of accomplishing those goals increase exponentially.

Marie has successfully managed to create and maintain a business and life she loves. She says creating short, mid, and long-term goals has helped her simplify success. Recently, I had an amazing interview with Marie that I’ll be sharing next week. Make sure you’re on my list so that you can receive even more success simplified secrets from Marie and me.

Gabrielle Bernstein is The New York Times bestselling author of May Cause Miracles. She appears regularly as an expert on NBC’s Today Show, has been featured on Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday as another next generation thought leader, and was named “a new role model” by The New York Times. Gabby simplifies success in a different way. She is an avid meditator and a student and teacher of A Course in Miracles. Each morning, she begins her day with a meditation and a prayer for guidance from A Course in Miracles.

“Where would you have me go? What would you have me do? What would you have me say? And to whom?”

Ten years ago, when I was first introduced to A Course in Miracles, I felt silly asking the Universe/God/Source for guidance. Now, much like Gabby, I rely on it. I find relief in believing that I am divinely guided and protected. Gabby proposes that when you struggle to “get power,” you actually block your true power. By turning inward through prayer and meditation, you re-establish your connection to your inner power source. By connecting to this awareness, you become energetically aligned with success and are guided to do your best work in the world.

One of my nearest and dearest pals for over two decades, Kris Carr, is a speaker, author, and founder of Crazy Sexy Life. When I asked Kris her number one secret to simplify success, she immediately replied, “My crew.” One of the most essential secrets of success is the tribe of like-minded people you rely on for support and love. Your crew is there to talk you off the ledge in moments of upset, as well as to celebrate your accomplishments, big and small. Beyond celebration and support is the accountability you have to those who are invested in your success.

Success shared is so much sweeter and more fun than going solo.

Gabby and Kris are just a few of the amazingly successful women I am fortunate enough to count in my crew. I am so lit up about helping you create the successful life and career that you deserve, that I decided to pick the big brains of some other women in our group as well. They have all been simplifying success for years.

  • Danielle LaPorte shared her thoughts about balance (a myth she claims!).
  • Kate Northrup shared tips on financial success from her new book, Money: A Love Story.
  • Regena Thomashauer (Mama Gena) illuminated me about the power of pleasure on the path to success.
  • Patricia Moreno broke down the importance of using positive self-talk to create what you desire.
  • Ophira Edut from the Astro Twins shared how your chart can be used as a tool in planning a successful business.
  • Ashley Turner explained how respecting your mind/body connection is directly related to your success.
