Team D is made up of 9 full-time wonderwomen (and one wonderman), and about seven part-time incredibles. One of our best investments of time is in understanding each other: what our strengths and talents are, how we show love + appreciation, and how we respond to stress. We’re working to be even more thoughtful and diligent around these practices in our culture, but we’ve got some great tools in hand.

We keep a GDoc that lists each person’s astro signs (Sun + Rising), as well as their Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, and Dosha types. Anyone on the team can access it.

We also all take these four personality tests:

3. The 5 Love Languages: We use this test to find out how everyone on #TeamD likes to get loved on.
4. Four Tendencies: Gretchen Rubin discovered that people fit into Four Tendencies: Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, and Rebels. Understanding this framework as a team lets us make better decisions, meet deadlines, suffer less stress and burnout, and engage more effectively.
