We all have heartfelt dreams that we want to create. But just writing the to-do list or thinking about our desires is not enough. It takes action. It takes commitment. It takes time and effort.
Yet do you ever find that you feel stuck? Even if the stress of your to-do list feels overwhelming, you still find yourself not getting it done. And even if the things you want to create feel incredibly desirable, you still find yourself coming up against a wall of resistance. You are a creative genius, but perhaps that part of you feels trapped underneath a procrastinator.
If you relate to this you are going to LOVE this special interview I did with my friend Samantha Bennett.
Sam is a writer, an actor, a creative genius and she’s deeply passionate about getting people unstuck. I read her book Get it Done and got so much value out of it that I asked her to record a special vlog with me just for my peeps.
I highly encourage you to invest the 20 minutes to watch the video because it will absolutely inspire you and reassure you. Sam talks about:
- How to get over the idea that “you don’t know how”
- The good news about procrastination – it’s your “genius in disguise” (this is genius!!)
- How in just 15 minutes a day you can move from procrastination to creative genius
- A simple and effective way to move past the fear and anxiety of uncertainty
- Why the word “sometimes” is magical
One of my biggest aha’s in the interview was when Sam said, “Not everyone is artistic but everyone is creative.” I really connected to this because I had thought being artistic meant being talented at things like painting, drawing, singing, or writing music – all things that I have absolutely no talent or interest in. Yet in the past, I have forced myself to try and do those things to be more creative. When I realized that my creativity expresses through things like writing, and coming up with the content for retreats and programs, it was such a relief. I found I had even more creative juices flowing!
Plus, Sam will reveal the two things you need to succeed big time that you ALREADY HAVE right now and exactly HOW to get past your shyness and “put on the rock star coat” so that you can better serve the world.
You ARE a rockstar and your dreams deserve the spotlight. Give them the 15 minutes of fame each day they deserve. @ChristinHassler (Click to Tweet!)

P.S. I have a new podcast where I coach people LIVE on the air. Head over to Over it and On With It and listen in for inspiration and action steps.
Christine Hassler has broken down the complex and overwhelming experience of recovering from disappointment into a step-by-step treatment plan in her new book Expectation Hangover. This book reveals the formula for how to process disappointment on the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels to immediately ease suffering. Instead of wallowing in regret, self-recrimination, or anger, we can see these experiences as catalysts for profound transformation and doorways that open to possibility. You can find more info on her website, and follow her on Twitter and FB.
